📖 Booking Terms
- Appointments: All sessions must be booked in advance. When booking an appointment, a £10 non-refundable deposit will be required. Once the deposit has been received, the appointment will be confirmed.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to ensure the next appointment runs on time.
- Payments: Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
- Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell, please contact me before your appointment. Certain conditions may require rescheduling or adapting your treatment.
- Respecting Time: Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full. No further appointments will be offered until payment has been received.
- Supporting Small Business: These terms help me provide the best care for all clients and keep my practice sustainable. Thank you for your understanding and support.
📌 Cancellation Policy
- I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the time to another client.
- Cancellation outside of 48 hours’ notice - nothing to pay.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours - 50% of the treatment fee.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours - 100% of the treatment fee.
- No-show - 100% of the treatment fee to be paid before attending another appointment.
I feel these conditions are fair and reasonable, as it’s difficult to fill an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice.
